All orders placed through this website are delivered Australia-wide via Chemist2U. Chemist2U is a trusted online pharmacy delivery service that enables fast, convenient access to pharmacy products, delivered directly to your door.

Depending on your location and the time of your order, delivery options may include:

  • Same-day delivery
  • Next-day delivery
  • Australia Post delivery

This service connects you with a network of local partner pharmacies. Your order will be prepared by one of these pharmacies and handed to a courier for delivery.

You can track your order using the tracking number sent to you via email once your order has been packed and shipped. The email will be sent to the same email address you used to place your order.

#2 How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, our Chemist2U team gets to work packing it with priority. As soon as it's dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email.

#3 What happens if my package isn’t delivered on the same day as promised?
Our teams try really hard to guarantee that we get all packages for same-day delivery by 9 pm that night, but sometimes things can go wrong. Never stress, if this occurs, our Customer Care team will be across ensuring it goes for priority Next Day delivery, and you can expect a full refund of the shipping cost.


#4 Can I schedule a specific delivery time within the same day?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer the ability to select specific hours for your delivery to take place at this time.

#5 Are my items shipped from Chemist2U? 
Orders on this website are managed by Chemist2U and are filled by a qualified partner pharmacy in your local area and then delivered straight to you.


#6 What do I do if my order is late? 
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time frame, please contact our customer service team.

#7 What happens if I am not home to receive the delivery? 
We recommend being home to sign for your medication. However, if you're unavailable, you can either:

●    Nominate another adult to receive the delivery
●    Provide your authority to leave the parcel in a safe spot

You'll be able to track your delivery live from the tracking link provided via email and SMS.

8 There is an issue with my order

We're sorry to hear something's not right. If you’ve received damaged or incorrect items, your order is missing, or you’re experiencing any other issue, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible at support@chemist2u.com.au or via our live chat. 

To help us resolve things quickly, include:
●    Your full name and order number
●    A brief description of the issue
●    Any photos, if relevant
●    We’ll review your request and get back to you promptly to make it right.

#9 Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel orders once goods have been dispatched and you have received a live tracking link, so it is vital that you contact us as early as possible.

 

Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change-of-mind purchases. This includes cases where:
●    You found the item cheaper elsewhere
●    You no longer want the product
●    You ordered the wrong size or colour
●    You simply don’t like the item

However, Chemist2U will gladly arrange a return or refund in cases where:
●    An item arrives damaged
●    You receive incorrect items
●    Your order is missing
●    There is an error on our part

How to process a return for a faulty product

If you receive a damaged item, please report it to our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please contact us via our live chat or send us an email to support@chemist2u.com.au, providing the details of the faulty product(s), original order details, and a description of the fault, including:

  • The order number associated with your original order
  • A description of the faulty product(s) to be returned and the fault you have encountered
  • A photo of the faulty product(s)

Our team will assess the fault and, once validated, will contact you with an appropriate replacement or refund procedure. 


How long will it take to get my refund? 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to reach your account.
